Mister Zimi’s new fall line comes out this month, and we couldn’t be more excited about the Fall? What fall? prints and colors of the Balinese-inspired pieces. What do we mean? The bright and bold collection reminds LC of reminiscing over the exotic vacation you took once in your dreams with nary a drab color in sight. That said, you can pull off the gorgeous dresses, tops and bottoms even if your summer tan has already faded. Picture the La Flor Sleeveless Tina Dress with dark leggings and lace-up boots or the Paso Blanco Farrah Jumpsuit with bright heels and a leather jacket. See what we mean?
Here are some other fall collections to get psyched about:
Miss L-Fire’s autumn/winter collection of shoes is not for the meek. Make a statement with Cinderella-inspired slingbacks or floral lace-up boots.
In November, the Catching Fire movie will have its own collection by luxury clothing line Capitol Couture by Trish Summerville. Is it practical? No. Is it totally awesome? You bet your Effie Trinket ‘fro it is.
Bedford St. Laundry is pushing the jockey look in its newest collection, and it’s working for us. Time to break out your old riding boots to go with those comfy leggings that look just like chaps.
Summer isn’t the only season Billabong is good for. Picture surfing in the Pacific Northwest during the off-season and looking catalog-ready in the latest collection. (We particularly love the Cleverness dress, though you’ll want to layer up. And cough, cough follow us on Twitter here: @thecleverness.)
Nasty Gal is living up to its funky reputation this season with shiny metallics and futuristic cuts. Break out the dark shades of lipstick and nail polish.
We can always count on Jeffrey Campbell to come up with something wild. The shoes for this fall are no exception with plenty of studs and platforms to go around.
Which bold fall collections are on your radar?
